Transparent Rates, Flexible Scheduling
Krumbein Mediation Center offers professional mediation services throughout Florida and beyond — by teleconference or in person.
Our Rates
Parties are invoiced on a pro rata basis unless the parties agree otherwise. No deposit is required unless the mediation is in person.
Teleconference
$475 / hour
Available statewide and internationally via secure video platform.
In-Person
$525 / hour
A deposit equal to a 2-hour booking is required to secure your session and will be prorated toward the final invoice.

Deposit Policy
For in-person mediations, a deposit equivalent to a 2-hour booking is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit is fully prorated toward your final invoice — it is not an additional charge. If there is cancellation without rescheduling the cost of 1-hour is not refundable.
Availability
Where We Mediate
Krumbein Mediation Center is able to mediate almost anywhere in the world, with access to locations in almost every state and country. Our mediators are available throughout the state of Florida, both in person and over teleconference. If a mediator is required to travel, a travel fee applies — please inquire for details.
