Two experienced Florida attorneys bringing deep litigation knowledge and a commitment to resolution.
Mediator
Jack A. Krumbein, Esq.
Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Certified Mediator
Practice Areas
Personal Injury · Commercial Litigation · Entertainment Law (Music Copyright & Infringement)
Jack A. Krumbein founded Krumbein Law PLLC in 2013 and has since recovered millions of dollars for clients as a lead trial lawyer. He is a Florida Supreme Court Circuit Court Certified Mediator with over 120 mediations to his credit, bringing a seasoned litigator's perspective to every session. Jack's trial experience includes a $3,085,000 jury verdict in a personal injury case and a $4,000,000 settlement in a traumatic brain injury matter. In 2026, he obtained over a $1,000,000 benefit to a commercial client in a defense case, and in 2025 obtained over a $1,000,000 benefit in a commercial lease dispute in a defense case. He has successfully represented over 100 pilots as a class against a commercial airline under the Religious Freedom Reformation Act, and has litigated securities, breach of contract, and fraud cases throughout Florida. As a Registered Investment Adviser, Jack also brings financial acumen to complex commercial disputes.
Before pursuing a legal career, Jack spent years in the entertainment industry in Southern California, where he recorded and performed alongside music superstars including Dave Matthews Band, Sting, Avril Lavigne, Stevie Wonder, David Campbell, Ali Helnwein, and many others. He has also worked on movie sets including Disney's Fantasia 2000 filming at 20th Century Fox. That firsthand experience in the music world gives him a uniquely informed perspective when mediating entertainment law disputes — including music copyright and infringement matters — that few attorneys can match.
Jack's deep familiarity with how cases are tried, combined with his background in the entertainment industry, gives him a unique ability to help parties assess risk and find common ground.
